If you are an individual that is in need of a transcript and graduated in 1995 to the present you need to go here and make an account for a Parchment.  There you will be able to request it be sent to the school of your choice, yourself, or some employers are even connected with this service.  The cost of a transcript is $5.00 per transcript.
