PreK and new kindergarten student enrollment will take place on Friday, February 27th from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm in the library at Brookview Elementary. To be eligible for the PreK program in the fall of 2026, your child must turn 4 before July 1, 2026. Please bring your child's birth certificate, Social Security Card, Shot Records, Physical, Dental Check-Up, Proof of Physical Address, and guardian ID. PK-K Registration Information

We would like to remind families that due to recent weather closures, the professional learning day for February 16th has now been changed to a regular instructional day for students.

Students will be dismissed at approximately 1:45 pm that day so staff can participate in Faculty Senate meetings.

Again — students will now attend school on Monday, February 16 with a two-hour early dismissal at approximately 1:45 pm.

Today (December 8, 2025) is NON-TRADITIONAL INSTRUCTIONAL DAY 1: Students are to work on Day 1 of their Snow Day packets. They will turn in Day 1’s work upon their return to school. Good Evening! We would like to remind everyone that tomorrow, November 6th, Brookview Elementary will be honoring our Veterans with our annual Veteran’s Day program. The program will begin at 10am in the gym and students in 4th and 5th grade will be performing. All guests who plan to attend will be required to show photo ID before entering the building. Additionally, we are encouraging all students, staff, and guests who attend to wear red, white, and blue. Also, as a reminder, there will be no school on Tuesday, November 11th. Brookview Veteran's Day Program
Tomorrow, October 15th, students in grades Kindergarten-5th will be going on a field trip to the Madison Civic Center for a performance of the American Pops Orchestra. If you have not turned in your child's permission slip, please return it to the school tomorrow. If you have misplaced the form, or if you are unsure if you've turned one in, please hand-write a note and send it with your child tomorrow. The buses will leave at approximately 9:00 A.M., so please have your child to school on time. We will be back to school around 11:00 A.M.

They will gather in the endzone and walk to the 50 yard line to meet the Scott High School Seniors! This event will take place right before the bon fire begins! This week in music students had fun building the “Aiken Drum” and singing about this man that lives in the moon! Students had 100% control of building him and choosing what instruments to use. Such little creative minds at Brookview!
