Today your child should have come home with a letter from state superintendent Michele Blatt regarding the WV General Summative Assessment. The information coming home will enable you to access your child's test scores. We will begin testing on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. If your child was absent today, their letter and access codes are with their homeroom teacher.

Parents of upcoming 7th graders: if your child is not up to date with their vaccinations (Tdap and MCV4), they will come home with a consent form tomorrow May 5th from the Boone County Health Department. This is a consent form for them to administer the needed shots only with your permission. If you'd prefer to visit your child' s pediatrician that is an option. The health department is scheduled to do the clinic May 18 and they require the consent back to MMS to give your child the vaccinations. This is a reminder all incoming 7th graders have to be up to date with their vaccinations for school and sports. Thank you!
