This week's friendly reminder for parents and students!
Messages regarding students' attendance have been sent to students on Schoology. In support of our H.A.W.K.S motto, it is student responsibility to check messages to see if they are eligible to participate in Fun Friday and to see if they are eligible to attend the semi dance in February. Messages regarding student behavior and grades will be sent next week!
More info for the dance will provided as we get closer to the date. If you have any questions, please contact the school directly.

Good evening. This is just a reminder there is no school for students on April 3, 2026 or April 13, 2026. Students will return on April 14, 2026. Honor reception invites will go out to students the week we all return from spring break. Students who have maintained a 3.5 GPA or higher on each grading term will be invited. Details will be in the invite letter. Also, another reminder for incoming 7th grade students: ALL students in 6th and 11th grade have shot requirements that must be met BEFORE they enter 7th or 12th grade. Please begin sending your child's updated shot records to the school nurse before the end of the school year. Your child must have an updated record on file prior to their 7th and 12th grade enrollment. If you do not have the updated record already, please make an appointment with your child’s doctor or health care provider to make sure they have completed the immunization requirements needed. Thank you and we hope everyone has a fantastic Easter and wonderful spring break.
March 21st is World Down Syndrome Day. On March 20th we are asking students at MMS to wear blue or gold and/or wacky socks to celebrate this special day. We want students to celebrate and help promote full inclusion. Thank you and have a great afternoon!
This month we are hosting an MMS BASKETBALL TOURNEY as our Fun Friday. Eligible students will be able to create a team to play student vs. student. The winning student team will have the opportunity to play against the undefeated staff team on April 3rd! The PBIS prize this month is an ANNUAL SKYZONE MEMBERSHIP. Our top PBIS point earners for the month of March will be entered for a drawing to win! Let's go Redhawks!
