Sherman High's annual 9th Grade Orientation occurred this evening! Students were able to preview their schedule, tour the school, and meet teachers. We look forward to welcoming all students back to school on Thursday morning!

We will complete the Digital Readiness Check for the SAT School Day on Monday (4/7). It is important juniors are present, on time, and have their Chromebooks and chargers.
Just as a reminder, the SAT School Day Test for all juniors is on Wednesday (4/9).
Students will be dismissed two hours early on Friday (4/4/25) for faculty senate.
The Boone Backpack Buddy Program is now taking 2025 summer applications for students living in Boone County, WV!

The WVDE's Academic Showdown for Region 4 was held last Friday at Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College. Sherman High School's team placed second and will advance on to the finale on April 30th in Charleston! #Congratulations #RollTide
Coastal Wilds-Barn Hill Preserve visited Brookview Elementary School yesterday. Students learned about animals from different parts of the world, and they had a blast! #GoHuskies
