We’re Excited for the First Day of School!
Tomorrow marks the start of a wonderful new school year, and we can’t wait to welcome our students back!
We have adjusted our morning drop-off procedures:
Staff will be outside to help direct traffic.
Gym doors will open at 8:05 AM to welcome buses and car riders into the building.
Families dropping students off should drive around as if heading to the hill and enter the parking lot on the football field side.
Pull all the way up in the middle lot to the gym doors, where a staff member will meet you at your car to ensure your child safely enters the building.
Important reminders:
If your child will be a regular parent pick-up after school this year, please send a note so we can add them to our list.
Any changes to pick-up plans will require a new note sent to the homeroom teacher. You may also call 304-245-8811 to confirm we have received it.
We will follow the same traffic pattern for afternoon pick-up at approximately 3:45 PM.
Doors close at 8:20 AM — arriving early ensures your child has time for breakfast and avoids the need to sign them in.
Thank you for your patience as we work to make both morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up smooth and safe for everyone. Our staff has been preparing all week, and we’re looking forward to an amazing school year!
