Identogo Background Check Self-Registration
Instructions:
To register with IdentoGO, you go to their website (uenroll.identogo.com), enter the Service Code (228QN5), provide personal details like name, DOB, and contact info, then schedule your fingerprint appointment or follow instructions for card scans, ensuring you get a confirmation number to complete the process.
Here's a step-by-step breakdown:
Go to the Website: Navigate to uenroll.identogo.com.
Enter Your Service Code: 228QN5 and click "Go"
Choose Schedule appointment
Provide Personal Information: You'll enter your full legal name (matching your Drivers License), date of birth, gender, address, contact info (email/phone), height, weight, eye/hair color, and place/citizenship.
Enter Required Details: Add any other info requested, like your Social Security
It will ask for Boone County Schools unique ID number: UEWV00245
Choose the location and time where you would like to test. Most volunteers test at Quality Drug in Chapmanville or Tipple A at Southridge.
Complete & Confirm: Finish the process and save your confirmation number, as you'll need it at your appointment.
Key Things to Remember:
Your legal name must exactly match your Driver’s License.
Bring a valid photo ID and payment (credit/debit, money order, business check) to your appointment (no cash/personal checks).
